Shelter for battered women and girls

“Shelter for Battered Women and Girls” was established in 1998 as part of the National Network against Gender Violence and Human Trafficking, one of the projects run by “Reflexione” Women’s Association. Since that time it has functioned regularly and has become a very active partner in the field of women’s rights. It has been involved in direct services to victims, lobbying, advocating, researching and educating the wider public at the same time.

Overall Goal/Mission:

To support victims of domestic violence by counseling, empowering, educating and raising their awareness in order to be able to live a safe and honest life
